Ergonomic Allen Wrench Knob Handle

A 3D-printable door-knob style grip for a 2.5mm L-shaped allen wrench. Eliminates hand pain during repetitive M3 socket head cap screw assembly. Slide the L-key in from one side — the snug slot holds it in place.

Assembly Guide
  1. Print upright with hex socket opening on the build plate.
  2. Clean hex socket: remove any elephant-foot or stringing with a 2.5mm drill bit or the wrench itself.
  3. Slide the long arm of the 2.5mm L-key in through the slot from the side — short arm drops into the hex socket.
  4. The snug slot holds the wrench in place during use.
  5. If too tight, lightly sand the slot or reprint with increased channel_clearance (0.2mm).
