Kneeler Replacement Parts
Kneeler Bracket (Atwood-Hamlin)
The steel side brackets that attach the kneeler to the pew and carry the pivot stud and rubber-stop stud. Sold in pairs (left + right mirror). Atwood-Hamlin's Arm 4 pivots 3½" off the floor; Arm 5 pivots 2" off the floor — Arms 4 and 5 are the most common types. Supplied by Atwood-Hamlin Mfg. Co, Inc. (800-545-8964 · sales@atwood-hamlin.com). The STLs below are reference geometry only; order the steel originals from Atwood-Hamlin.
Kneeler Bumper
A hollow cylindrical TPU bumper fitted on top of the kneeler leg plate to cushion impact when the kneeler is raised, limiting wear and noise against the underside of the pew seat. Outer diameter 17.5mm, inner bore 9.7mm, 23.8mm tall.
Kneeler Bushing
A hollow cylindrical bushing for church pew kneeler frames. The collared insert design features a wider collar (16.2mm OD) that seats against the outer face of the frame, and a narrower insert (13.1mm OD, 19mm tall) that presses into the frame hole. A 9.5mm bore passes through the center for hardware.
Kneeler Spacer
A thin ring spacer that fills the gap between the kneeler bushing collar and the frame. Sits flush against the bushing to prevent lateral play in the hardware.
Prayer Sole — Compound Fastened (v3)
A three-piece Prayer Sole: rigid PLA collar, soft TPU tread, and a cap secured with mechanical fasteners to the kneeler leg — no glue required.
Tools
Bolt Drying Rack
A two-plate hanging rack for applying Loctite 243 (medium-strength, blue) threadlocker to M3x20 socket head cap screws. Bolts hang head-down through staggered holes — the top plate captures the head while the bottom plate shields the lower shaft, exposing only the threads that need coating. Holds 50 bolts per rack. Print 2 plates and 2 legs.
Ergonomic Allen Wrench Knob Handle
A 3D-printable door-knob style grip for a 2.5mm L-shaped allen wrench. Eliminates hand pain during repetitive M3 socket head cap screw assembly. Slide the L-key in from one side — the snug slot holds it in place.
