A two-plate hanging rack for applying Loctite 243 (medium-strength, blue) threadlocker to M3x20 socket head cap screws. Bolts hang head-down through staggered holes — the top plate captures the head while the bottom plate shields the lower shaft, exposing only the threads that need coating. Holds 50 bolts per rack. Print 2 plates and 2 legs.

Assembly Guide

Print 2 plates and 2 legs.
Slide each plate into the leg channel slots — bottom plate first, then top plate.
The end-stop flange prevents the plates from sliding through.
Hang bolts head-down through the top plate holes — shafts pass through both plates.
